Yvon assumes that the leaker (not named as RiceHigh) has broken the rules. However he may not have. He may be relaying information from other sources, and then, as a... hmmm... journalist, he entitled to protect his sources. Yvon himself, otoh, has self-interest in looking good at Pentax USA HQ. :-)
