Many thanks, I checked with Nikon about the lens compatibility with my
Photomic FTn.  But by the time I got home, I barely had time to bid. As it
transpired I was only just outbid.

I found that Nikon Canada actually have a repair place here in Richmond, BC,
but they say it's always hard to get through on the phone.
