I use something very similar from Kinesis

Its a long lens case with backpack harness that allows me to carry the 600,
with a body attached, and a tripod strapped onto the outside. It has 2 side
pockets that can carry extenders & other small items. It also has a
detachable shoulder strap for carrying off the shoulder & an additional
shorter strap for hand carry.
A very convenient way to tramp around the outback with your 600. I've walked
a few miles with it in Denali & I can't imagine doing that without this kit.
