That's a beautiful scene, and 99.99999% of people who've ever taken a picture would be extremely happy with that photo, but I agree with you that the scene is well worth working a bit more. It would be a wonderful spot to photograph over a long period of time - a couple of years to capture the changing of the seasons, with frequent returns in different light and weather.
