I've spent a fair number of visits in Jolly Ol' and I've YET to visit a bad pub! Some rather grungy ones, and a lot of fancy ones, but no bad ones. :-D
The bus from London (Oxford Tube or Oxford Espress) is GBP 16 return; off-peak rail fares are also low when booked in advance (www.nationalrail.co.uk). Who's coming?
