Nice shot. Kids make great subjects, don't they?

Here's a series of shots I took recently of my son Finn running
around a play yard at a mall. It's a good example of how a bunch of
nothing shots can lead to something if you just keep your eyes open
and never stop shooting.
I had the K20D out with a flash on it to capture the less frenetic
shots. Consequently, I decided to use the K10D as a run around
camera (literally) with the 10-17 fisheye, ISO set to 400, and
frame rate maxed. The super wide angle view allows for a much
slower shutter speed and a fun exagerration of perspective.
The final shot was captured at f3.5, 1/8 sec @ ISO 400, AWB, Av
mode, and 10mm. I spent some time making a channel mask to lose
some of the background and sharpened it a bit.

There's a certain irony to a 10-17 zoom being used for a "keeper"

However - that's a nice shot! (the last one)
