Too much flash to see blurring of the spokes. Plus, the bike was going
quite slow. It was just a grab shot as the bike was leaving a parking
lot where I was shooting other things. The focal length was 21mm, so
that gives you an idea of how close I was. But I was intrigued by the
faces. It's a people pic!

I noticed those red streaks in the background, but thought they were
probably passing car tail lights. Concluded that if those fairly
long streaks were caused by the bike movement, I should see obvious
blurring in the wheel spokes.(?) Interesting.

Thanks Jack. They're moving. Look at
the lights in the background. I kept this tight because I
didn't want it to be a motorcycle picture. I wanted to focus
attention on the riders.

Impressive image, Paul! Were they moving? I see no
evidence of movement, but then again, you have High Speed
flash. :)
What is shown in the image is beautifully crisp and
well lit, but found myself wanting to see the total bike.

I rendered this one on my laptop, so
I'm not sure that it's exactly right, but it's
probably
close. I'm getting better at guessing:-).
