Standing inside a cylindrical print is probably the most accurate but
least practical way of viewing such an image, I should really try it
some time.

The dam is a strange one, it doesn't have water right behind the
course to the left, I was standing at the edge of the dam wall, you
can see a satellite pic at the following link:
