Found it.

For some reason i said to my self, self, look UNDER the dresser the lens was on.

So i did.

So i found it.

Our 2 1/2 year old cat Lucy, likes to push things off of tables chairs
etc. I fear she may have done that to the lens.
It was in its original case and landed on some other junk behind the
dresser, so it looks in good shape.

Took it out for a spin. Using M mode and the green button, it likes to
under expose about 1 f stop, which is good as i was shooting red
flowers and my K10D does not like red flowers, but these look so so
under exposed.
