G'day all.

Thanks to everyone for the comments on this. Much appreciated.

Well, let's see. "P o s t c a r d"....

Yes I can.

Dave B:
> Great shot. I like the framing and the line work in this.

Thanks, Dave

The position of the car at the change in pitch of the roof was why I
favoured this image over a number of others that I took at the same
time.

Tim:
> Aww, it looks like it's smiling at me. I smiled back.

Hadn't noticed that. It's missing a few teeth though....

Derby:
> That's hilarious. Holden is sticking his tongue out in defiance of the
elements. Great shot.

It's a very small tongue! Sadly, I think the elements will win.
Eventually.

Jack,

> Your conscience must have been bothering you or you wouldn't have ask. ;)
You did a good job switching skies, so I say it's NOT wrong.

Whew..... That's a relief! ;-)>

Seriously, I don't have any problem with adding a new sky to an image if
it improves the composition. But it does change the mood so, if I post
such an image for comment, I think people should know about the change.
I don't think that car is going anywhere in a hurry so I'll have to go
back on a day when the natural sky is more accommodating.

.... and thanks also to Ann, Bob, Sasha, Ken, John S, Larry, Anthony,
John F, Paul and Dave S, for commenting and also agreeing that the
substitute sky was OK.

My conscience is now clear....

Cheers

Brian
