It's a 5 year old house. We found a great contractor though and I'm
still fighting the builder and warranty company.
Yeah, got a sill beam that's rotting where rain gets down between the
front porch slab and the front wall of the house. Gonna' have to find
some way to snake it out and insert a new one.
Just about figured out how I'm going to do it. Now all I gotta' do is
come up with the money.
It's a 75 year old house so I'm not arguing with anyone over a warranty.
