That's great Dave, you skinny bastard! I think the old cows and big belts thing is Mad Cow related. I've run into the same issue, no more big old cows going to slaughter = no big belts. The whole herd in the US is much younger now, fed to be disease free, and slaughtered early. Regards, Bob S.
