Boston is pretty much the same today. I walked into work carrying my
K10D + 1.7x AF TC + Tokina 400mm f/5.6 and came across a group of blue
jays (I've never seen more than two of them together, and here I had
8-10). I stopped for 15-20 mins to take some pictures...out in the
Sun... I am now in my office with a small fan on my desk trying to
evaporate perspiration. My skin needs air moving over it!

As for nights, my wife an I sleep on an inflatable mattress in the
living room (where there is an AC unit) on nights when the heat gets
unbearable.
