The orchard that was burning is across the street from a residential neighborhood. After the decline in housing prices, I'm pretty sure each house is valued less than a million bucks. > > I like the helicopter shots especially. 20090625-lrc10575 is great, as > is 20090625-lrc10581. thanks > > Of the fixed wing shots, I agree with your choice - you've caught it at > just the right moment. thanks > > > Cheers > > Brian > > ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ > Brian Walters > Western Sydney Australia > http://members.westnet.com.au/brianwal/SL/ > > > On Fri, 26 Jun 2009 00:47 -0700, "Larry Colen" <[email protected]> wrote: > > Despite the technical flaws, my favorite shot of the day: > > http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/3661501307/in/set-72157620440986187/ > > > > Unfortunately the K20 would not focus as it flew directly overhead, > > probably about 100' up. > > > > Today's sets: > > Aircraft: > > http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/sets/72157620440986187/ > > Choppers: > > http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/sets/72157620580992698/ > > Other: > > http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/sets/72157620580720870/ > > > > If you prefer seeing the pictures a bit larger than thumbs, all on the > > same page, just turn flickr into flickriver > > http://www.flickriver.com/photos/ellarsee/sets/72157620440986187/ > > http://www.flickriver.com/photos/ellarsee/sets/72157620580992698/ > > http://www.flickriver.com/photos/ellarsee/sets/72157620580720870/ > > http://www.flickriver.com/photos/ellarsee/sets/72157610704268297/ > > > > -- > -- > > > -- > http://www.fastmail.fm - Send your email first class > > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow > the directions. -- The first step is learning to take great photos, the second step is learning to throw away ones that are merely good.
