When I started my exercise "program" in Feb. it took me about 29min to
complete my circuit. I got it down to sub 23min range at the start of
June.

Recently I introduced short spells of jogging which I've slowly been
increasing in period & tonight I did my first sub 21min "workout".

All in all I'm still on track & feeling pretty good.

Tomorrows the monthly weigh in...
