Yes, but the dog looks happy, and that's all that really counts.

I tried to improve the background on this earlier, and it was a miserable failure. I posted a PESO anyway, but was thankfully spared comment. It may never have shown up here. In any case, I still don't like the background very much, but it is a farmers market, and the original is better than my fix. And I find the pic to be a bit of fun overall.
