Indeed. Is this what is known as a 'closed loop' setup?

I have been trying to get my system calibrated and use the right ICC
profiles for my gear. Alas, a lowly Nikon LS-1000 film scanner does not
have an ICC profile - does anyone know different? I Have profiles for
everything else. I use 'generic RGB' for my scanner, and the results are
okay, but I wonder if a proper profile will improve things?

I work in Adobe RGB 1998 on 5.5 on a Mac using Colorsync. I'm pretty
happy with the inkjets - they're very close (as close as can be with an
inkjet) to what's on the screen, although the I usually increase
saturation on the final print a little.

Rambling,

Cotty
