At best he misses the point. AFAIK no other DSLR from Pentax works that way. There is no particularly good reason for the K-7 to work that way, for the vast majority of their current users it's broken. It's almost Microsoftian in that it's an arbitrary change, simply for the sake of change, like most of the more infuriating changes from one version of Windows to the next.
