When I got home from my roadtrip this weekend, I wrestled my pictures
onto my iMac and had a few minutes before I passed out from exhaustion
to look at a few of them.

On several of them, I noticed that the colors seemed unnaturally
vivid. A few almost look like the faux HDR shots that I've seen. I
haven't shot a lot with this camera, almost half the shots that I've
taken with it have been in the past week, so I'm not very used to what
it produces.

It is also very possible that I inadvertantly tweaked some default
setting in Lightroom. I think that I've downloaded, but have not yet
upgraded to 2.4, so lightroom should still be at 2.3.

the second step is learning to throw away ones that are merely good.
