Both images have usable information so this a situation where you could blend the two images together to get a single image comprising the best bits of each. As an example I ran a 'contrast blend' Photoshop action on the two images to produce this (I hope you don't mind): http://files.getdropbox.com/u/1370864/9485221-lg-blend.jpg I'm sure a bit more work could make a nice image - although, if it were mine, I think I'd crop it tighter to remove the untidy branches and foliage on the top right.
