Yup -- not surprising ... possibly in my case too, though he LOOKED LIKE he was holding still...

aside to Jack -- it's ok, I got the tears cleaned of my monitor easily - all is forgive :-)

Looks like a decent web image was produced by the much maligned FA 28~200. Sort of appears, however, the roof gable is in the best focus.(?)
Nice grab in any case!

JAck - you hit a sore spot with the redtail experience I had recently... of course, PJ was undoubtedly using auto focus... and so was I when I shot the shots I took that are useless.... I was too far away to fill the screen with the birdy....
the bricks he was sitting just in front of are nice and sharp. :-(

This is why I carry a camera
everywhere...

I was walking in downtown Madison CT. Once but no
longer a rural town, and turned a corner surprising this
beauty dining on a small rabbet alfresco. He took off
in a flurry of feathers surprising the heck out of me
carrying his lunch with him, to make a visit to the local
BOA branch. I shot a few shots of him, (you can just
see his lunch on the peak of the roof. He didn't look happy
with me.

I decided to give Dropbox a try. It looks promising.

either eating or drinking; he can ruin himself with
gambling. If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he
might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is
not a free man any more than a dog.
