The only B&W is #3, and I think #2 works better because the subject stands out from the background more.

The lock and chain in the last pic is very similar to what protected my Peugeot UO-8 in 1974. The bike was stolen. Later, I saw that the Sears catalog had, on facing pages, that same lock and chain, and bolt cutters guaranteed to cut that chain. Sheesh.

I bought a Raleigh Super Course as a replacement, and I'm still riding it (and using a Citadel lock).
