It appears that Nigeria has been at least partially disconnected from the internet. I guess that explains why I'vs stopped getting offers from various government functionaries offering to make me rich.
LOL! Hope that the cable remains broken for a while; it will speed up the rest of the 'net by eliminating some useless traffic.
Come to think of it, I've not gotten one of those offers for over a year now. Maybe my ISP suspects that they are a scam and is blocking them... nah, they aren't that smart.
