Nice.
The white border is a highlight of course, but it does pop a bit. I might take a bit of tone from the cheeks and apply it to the highlight at about 40% opacity with a very soft brush. I don't think Lightroom has that capability, although I'm not sure because I don't use it. But it's an easy PhotoShop job.
