I was going to a surprise birthday party. Unfortunately, the victim also lives in Lexington (originally from Milwaukee, where her family still resides), so I had to avoid the more direct travel routes. Instead of Roanoke (55 miles away) to Milwaukee, I had to fly Richmond (150 miles away) to Chicago (90 miles from Milwaukee). I essentially went to the Museum, the party, slept, church (St. Hedwigs), and then started home. I liked the looks of Milwaukee, although I bet it's damned cold come winter.
