He has an example of a portrait-style calendar with image above the date fields. If you choose "image orientation: portrait" in the options dialogue, you will get what you request. Alternatively, I suppose you can increase the canvas size as for PDF templates, and then just move the picture layer onto the vacant area. Haven't tried that myself yet though. > 3.
