Hi!
Guys, I've a question, or may be even a couple, or even several.
1. Shot today at dusk. Saw lots of magenta. Is it because I am using LR
2.4 that hasn't yet been made fully compatible with K-7 PEFs? Should I
switch to DNG for time being? Is my camera defective?
2. Matrix metering seems to underexpose by at least 1Ev. Is it normal? I
reckon I can dial +1Ev correction and still have 4Ev to play with in
plus department, but I'd rather it shot proper. My K10D almost never
gave me such problems.
3. In general, most of few tens of pics I took during last two days
demanded WB correction. Usually LR "auto" would cure it, but I'd hate to
revert to the workflow I had with *istD where I had first of all to
correct the white balance. I thought that since introduction of K10D the
problem was resolved for good. I mean daylight, not tungsten light.
Do you have any issues such as this consistently? Or perhaps I ought to
start bugging my local service?
*Sigh*
At least I got K10D as a backup. Though soon Galia will make it not
necessarily easy to use her camera.
Boris
