I wonder whether K-7 reduces high ISO or slow shutter noise in HD video mode. I'd noticed that my K20D doesn't perform noise reduction in burst mode at all. It's obvious that despite of settings PRIME engine has lacking computing power to pipe 21fps through noise reduction routines.
How about K-7, I don't know. I lucky owners of it can test this and upload examples on youtube or flickr for everyone to see.
