I regret posting the picture I did. It was a bit jarring for me as a viewer of the gallery to go from the lovely nightscape and starscape pictures to the edgy picture I submitted--so sorry about that guys and gals.
I *really* like your image, Christine, and it's certainly not the only non-starry-night shot. Great use of reflections and light.
Other notables for me include Ted Beilby's, Luiz Felipe's and Paul Stenquist's. Walter: *wow!* Brian: also *wow!* :-)
All terrific photography in this PUG. Thanks for giving us all a good swift kick to enter shots, Scott!
Bruce Walker, sorry to hear about your neighbor's house. Hope all is well with them.
Fortunately for them, and all my neighbors, the damage was confined to the units in the under-construction townhouse development backing their rear yards. About 80 units were destroyed completely, out of about 110 total units being built. Nobody hurt. Construction has begun again.
Two local teens have been charged with arson, although conspiracy theories abound (such as: the developer did it for insurance; some construction union did it for unexplained reasons; the teens are just fall-guys; and on and on ... ).
