OT: what panorama tools do you use? for this one I use a free Microsoft ICE. As almost everything that comes from Microsoft Research it is excellent (and I hate Microsoft in general). What tools you use for hdr? I tried it before, but it almost always looked too unnatural to me. Yesterday I tried tufuse which can be used to blend frames with different exposure or taken with different parts in focus. I really like how it works.
