Most promising new group of 1981?
Crashed and burned after three albums, I believe. Maybe it should have
been "Most promising new group of 1981 that has a Scottish, female lead
singer who has done a bit of acting and who will eventually go on to be
in Red Dwarf."
... and Father Ted (a fave Britcom) and Gregory's Girl, one of my
favourite movies. Plus there's a John Hughes tie-in: Happy Birthday
appeared on the s/t of Sixteen Candles.
