I was planning on ordering some clone batteries, but with two Pentax
batteries -- one in the camera and one in the grip-- I haven't been
able to exhaust them. I've tried: more than 1500 frames without
recharging. I carry four lithiums for backup, but haven't had to use
them.
If you don't chimp too much, the battery pair should net you close to 3500
exposures before they fail.
