O rings will be easy; if you can't find them where you live, many people here will be able to supply them, given the specs. Pretty much any decent engineering bearing supply (or even some of the better auto part) places will have them. Usually (but not always) cheaper than from the manufacturer. The specific camera part is likely to be more difficult. Seaandsea sell spares but only to US customers.
