oh dear -
sorry to hear she was a faux nun...

And here I thought her inclusion was faux pa.....

still a nicely timed capture - but not nearly as much fun as if she were real, for me at least. Chicago seems to be a good place for "faux" whatever in the name of comedy-- at the Ivanhoe (is it still there??) there was a faux waitress who, when given a signal from a customer, could make life a bit uncomfortable for a bit for a guest of said customer... this was waywayway back in the 40's -- she actually got
written up in Life magazine back then.

Thanks everyone! Went to Celtic Fest on Sat and of course had to see the Men in Kilts Leg Contest. That's Sister Bernie, who seems to be a "nun for hire." You can hire her for "Interactive Comedy" according to her business card, which I somehow got a hold of. I have the contact info if you're interested. I believe she was trying to keep the contest clean--hired to discourage the showing of too much leg etc. Frankly, other than this pic, I didn't see enough male leg through out the contest :-). Very disappointing.
