I'm not meaning to bring anyone down, but seriously, at least
semi-seriously, all these birthday announcements... everyone is born
within a 366 span of time by the Gregorian calendar.
I could say more and just erased a bunch of blather which would make
you dislike me more than this post...
but who cares?
I find it moderately interesting that there is such a clumping of
birthdays amongst a list so widely geographically distributed. I would
find it interesting if there was another month with such a clump.
I don't put a lot of emphasis on birthdays anymore, but I am happy once
a year to see that I've made it through to another one.
This one is special because I begin receiving my retired pay from the
Army National Guard and free health care from the VA.
