That site only gives conversions for English cubits. For some reason
it is hard for me to believe that the personage Scott has been hearing
from about boat building really intended English cubits. What we
really need is a conversion table for Phoenician cubits or the like.

AFAIK, there were no Phoenician cubits at that time. There weren't even
any Phoenicians yet.
You need Babylonian cubits.
