I've received a number of offers to help out, in a very short period of
time, one of which I've decided to accept. My thanks to all who responded.

PDML is such a great place! I knew that already; this only further
confirms it. A wonderful community that we have here.

FWIW, I got an MV with a 2.0 50mm for $20. The rewind knob is missing, and
he has no batteries, so he "doesn't know if it works" (ha!). But for the
price, the lens alone is worth it, so that when I do get that MX body, I'll
have a lens ready to put on it. And, as a bonus, if it does work or is
easily repairable, I'll have a body on which I can hang any k-mount lenses
that I can get for a good price.

But, I still love my screwmounts! ;-)

thanks again, guys!
