Yes. The Takumar f/1.9 is the one that has five elements. The Tak 85/1.8 was
new in '72 and simply had its lensmount changed in '75 for the KM-KX-K2
introductions. The Super-Multi-Coated Takumar 85mm f/1.8 (M42 mount) and SMC
Pentax 85mm f/1.8 (K-mount) are optically identical.
