Don't quote me on that, I haven't actually studied the law.
In the Province of Ontario, Canada, the legality of riding on the
sidewalk depends only on the size of the wheels of the bike. Under (I
think it's) 24 inches it's legal, over, it's not.
So Scott's Big Wheel should be cool.
