Hi Jens! Congrats on your new K-7. Your first impression is the opposite of mine; I quickly began thinking of the K20D as the toy... :-) You may want to upgrade to the latest firmware, which alters the function of the navigation buttons more towards what you had on the K20D. I'm sure you'll enjoy the K-7.
