Same reason my E-30 (A camera in roughly the same class as the K-7) has 6 idiotic 'Art Filters' and a bunch of aspect ratio crops that can only be used in LiveView (and aren't applied to the RAW anyways). Marketers thing people actually use these. But the sort that do don't buy $1000 DSLR's. -- M.
