The mirror box foam light seals and back door light seals degrade also. Not an expensive fix. Also check the view finder (focusing screen and mirror) for the greasy black deposits from the degraded foam. If these problems occur, the shop selling it may fix them for you or adjust the price.
Also the flash hot shoe often won't work sometimes. You might want to bring your own lens and flash to test it out, one advantage over ebay. They are great cameras when they are in good working order.
