Newport is something of a tourist destination. I'll bet People show up
with money to spend and this is better than a lot of other mass produced
keepsakes...

Avoid the small rustbuckets - go for the glamourous end - the
bigger the
better - they have money.
They are also notoriously tight with their money. When we used to
deal
with those kinds of boats/boat owners at work, they were always
trying
to screw us down on price.
