Hi all.My out door horse show stuff is
just around the corner and i'd like to try
some different film this year.I have been
using,with ok success,Kodak Max 400 and i tried
some Royal Gold 400 near the season end which
i was happy with. But if Kodak goes ahead with deleting
the line i'm not sure what to turn to.I tried some
Fuji Superia 400 but found the whole print to be
washed out in the main colour of the shot so i'm reluctant
to go Fuji.
Any comments on the pdmlers who shoot fast sports, like
cars,skiers, horses, soccer etc.Would a film like
Kodaks Portra series work or is that geared more to
portraits.
I use the 400 because of weather. The 80-200 zoom is
shot close to wid open at 1000 shutter so if sun
goes away i cannot always gett the 1000 and have to
go to 500 if i use 200 film.
Also i'm going to try some slides to see how they turn
out and the Provia 400f seems to be well regarded.

Thanks in advance
