Yes. Linguistically crows speak crow, and ravens speak raven.

A raven is a type of crow. The word crow broadly speaking describes the
genus, whereas the word raven describes a species of crow. Very roughly
speaking, that is. Other types of crow are rooks, carrion crows, jackdaws,
choughs, maybe magpies?
