This has happened more than once and it's not card related (that I can see). When I come to download files from the card, the first shot - of that session - (not first shot on the card) had been corrupted. I've not just turned on the camera and shot immediately, today it was 5 or so minutes after turning on the camera to taking the first shot. Hmm, I just noticed auto-power-off is set to 5 mins. Wonder if it's related to that, though it had woken up enough to autofocus..
