Hi Frank: Thanks so much for your generous remarks, which left me a bit overwhelmed. Frank, I've been part of PDML for nearly two years now, and in that time I've come to know you as a generous human being and photographer. You always have a kind and encouraging word for everyone on the list. The world needs a few more like you, Frank--it would be a better place. Big cheers, Christine

Oh, and P.S. Will you please get your computer situation all sorted out and hang out with us more. We miss you and your photography. :-)

Hi Everyone:

I've put together 2 galleries featuring the workers, and in some instances
there's some text. The 1st gallery is in color.
The 2nd gallery is in black and white, and the photographs are different
than the 1st set. There's some funny expressions in the 1st set.
Some of these photos were taken over a year ago.

To be honest, I'm in a bit of a rut with this photo project. The team is
now on the 4th floor of the parking garage, and the construction work,
itself, is a bit redundant, and I have to watch that I don't take the same
shots I did when shooting the previous floors.

As a way to get out of this bit of rut here, I think I'm going to get a
digital tape recorder and record some sound, do more stills, and put
together a short multimedia piece. Doing this might help rejuvenate my
eyes--I feel I'm "seeing" the same shots over and over again, and I have to
do something to see new again.

Each gallery is ~outstanding~!!

You've captured the work these guys and gals do in a most dynamic and
exciting way. You've shown the determination they bring to their
arduous and dangerous jobs each day.

Your portraits are outstanding, displaying real humanity and emotion.

One of the best photo essays I've seen on PDML ever!

Great work!

cheers,
frank
