I guess It's my eyesight, Frank ...
In order to see the figure (and even with your telling me its tehre and
my enlarging it isn't recognizeable to me as a figure) I ahve to stare
at the photo for a full minute... but as in life, the bright lights in
the photo keep me from seeing what is in front - I have a serious
problem with glare ... ..
So what i see is only a little white line that I guess must be the book...
KInda a nice film noir effect there anyway... I think I could probably
see it in a print.

He's there. Admittedly not big, but he's there. I kind of wanted him
small in the frame (don't know why, I just did). 1/2 way up the right
hand side, sitting with his back against the wall, a dark figure with
a book in his lap. Hard to see unless you enlarge it.
