Well, www.copyright.gov is on line, but whenever I go to
http://www.copyright.gov/eco/notice.html and click on the "Continue to
sCO" button I get an error message: "The server you are trying to
access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the
Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again."
I've tried 4 different web browsers on two different computers.
Could someone else give it a go to see if it's something to do with my
connection?
