Well, true. But any theme is probably going to exclude some
contributors for that month. I haven't contributed to the November PUG
because I don't have a kid handy that I can hand a camera to.
(and I've got heaps of PPG rejects that I can choose from....)
And I guess anyone could "reject" a photo. So if you've got one you
considered submitting, but "rejected" yourself ...
